These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services offered by Hotlist AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Overview
Hotlist AI provides AI-personalized, done-for-you outbound lead generation services. Our clients are typically service-based businesses looking to increase customer inquiries through cold outreach campaigns.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and customer data for targeting
- Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner
- Abide by all applicable laws when using our services
3. Payments
Clients agree to pay based on the selected package (flat fee, retainer, or pay-per-lead). Payment is due per the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in paused services.
4. Refunds
Due to the strategic and labor-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds except in cases of non-delivery or as specified in your custom agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to engage in any illegal, abusive, or unethical activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if you breach these conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all intellectual property developed by Hotlist AI unless otherwise agreed. You retain ownership of your own business assets and branding.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your business confidentiality and will not disclose any client-sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotlist AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of revenue arising from use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any minimum term commitments. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
